In order to motivate further sport activities in the Municipality of Kisela Voda, Cementarnica USJE AD Skopje has taken a decision to donate its rights to the sport football pitch to the Municipality of Kisela Voda along with the rest of the additional buildings.

'As a loyal and verified partner of the local community, Cementarnica USJE AD Skopje has supported sports activities in the direction of enhancement of the sports and leisure activities. Our decision to give away the football pitch is in this direction exactly. We have been giving support to the development of sports on a local level even in the past, supporting the functioning of the football club. However, we believe that the Municipality has much more experience and resources for further additional development of sports so in response to their request, we are donating our full rights and assets to them. We shall remain an active partner in this area', Anthony Nicolopoulos, Chief Executive Director of Cementarnica USJE AD Skopje says.

The development of sports on a local level is one of the priorities in the programme of the Municipality of Kisela Voda. The Municipality plans a line of activities in this area in a direction of attracting as many young people as possible to sports activities.

‘We welcome the decision for donation of Cementarnica USJE AD Skopje; however,  this specific case concerns a sports pitch in ownership of the Republic of Macedonia, while Cementarnica USJE owns the right on its use. In accordance with the legal regulations, the right on use may be returned to the Republic of Macedonia, whereas the Municipality of Kisela Voda as a legal entity may address the relevant ministry to take over the use of this sports pitch. The pitch will be used for development, popularization and affirmation of the sports which in one of the key determinations of the Municipality of Kisela Voda. Naturally, giving the correct guidelines to the youth is a priority to any local community', Marjan Gjorchev, Mayor of Kisela Voda says.
