Participation in the 8th International HR Conference and HR Expo on “Employee engagement and future competences for economic well-being”

On 13th and 14th October the 8th International HR Conference and HR Expo was held in hotel Skopje, organized by the Macedonian Association for Human Resources. Topic of this year’s conference was “Employee engagement and future competences for economic well-being”.

Given the changes taking place around us, small organizations grow into large corporations, creating inventions and innovation, finding new methods and ways of efficient operations requires people who believe, commit and are passionate about their work. Precisely this was the purpose of the event, to discuss these and many other questions on these themes, by prominent HR directors, businessmen and academia representatives, as guest speakers at the event, who shared real, practical experience of companies in different industries in the region and beyond, coming from Slovenia, Austria, England, Kosovo, Croatia, Greece and the Netherlands. Guest speaker at the event was Anna Mamalaki, Group Senior Employee Engagement Manager, who gave a presentation on employee engagement in Titan Group.

The event was attended by the HR Manager of Cementarnica USJE, the HR & CSR Officer and the CSR Officer in Cementarnica USJE.
