The employees and representatives of the Management Team of the Company planted trees in the locality near the village of Rzanicino and the schools in the Municipality of Kisela Voda
This year again, Cementarnica USJE AD Skopje was part of the “Tree Day Plant your Future” Action. About 50 employees together with the Management Team of the Company, on March 31st planted several hundred seedlings in the specified locality near the village of Rzanicino, Municipality of Petrovec.
Upon the “Tree Day Plant your Future” Action, Cementarnica USJE AD Skopje continues with numerous activities of environment promotion. Namely, every year, upon Company’s initiative, horticultural projects of planting new seedlings, flowers and arrangement of the green areas in the educational institutions and the public space in the territory of Kisela Voda Municipality are undertaken. By the end of April, as donation by Cementarnica USJE AD Skopje, 200 more seedlings will be planted in nine primary schools in the Municipality.
The actions for beautifying and replenishment of the greenery of public areas are in line with the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of Cementarnica USJE AD Skopje. We will further support activities aimed at healthy and clean environment wherever our contribution is of wide benefit.
