On 02 December 2016, Cementarnica USJE organized an action for planting trees. About a hundred of our employees together with the management team, through this voluntary action, planted hundreds of trees of Arizona Cypress, a Acacia and Oak at a location of marl quarry in the village Pripor in the area of our plant.
Namely, each year through the initiative of the company many horticultural projects for the planting of new trees, flowers and landscaping of the green belt in educational institutions and public spaces in the municipality of Kisela Voda are realized.
Contribution to environmental protection, as well as raising awareness for the importance of environmental protection are among the core priorities of our company and an essential part of our corporate social responsibility.
