During the latest Communication Day at TITAN Usje, Mr. Kostas Nikolaou, Chief Executive Director, together with the members of the Management Committee, addressed employees and presented the most important developments from the past period. They shared the company’s latest achievements, current priorities and their perspectives on the expectations, challenges and opportunities ahead.
The event also highlighted some of the company’s key ongoing initiatives, including the Leading Safety training programme and the Robotic Inspection Project. Both initiatives reflect TITAN Usje’s continued commitment to strengthening its safety culture, encouraging responsible leadership and advancing innovation throughout its operations.
As part of the Robotic Inspection Project, employees were introduced to the robotic dog that will support inspection activities at the plant. This advanced technological solution demonstrates how innovation can contribute to safer, more efficient and more reliable inspections in an industrial environment.
